RoHS Engineer

Ensure that material database is updated and maintained. Responsible in reviewing and submitting customer survey spreadsheets as requested. Interact with other department / Opto sites to obtain environmental compliance information. Create product environmental compliance supporting documentation for both internal and external requirements. Focal point for all customer environmental compliance plans/activities. Monitor and coordinate with counterparts in other Vishay facilities in regard to compliance activities to meet deadlines and metrics. Communicate with the organization and suppliers all relevant requirements and activities with regards to environmental compliance. Supports the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct (formerly EICC). Assists and supports the Company’s quality and health and safety programs. Perform other duties as required (audits, training, core group membership, special projects, etc.).
