Job Description:
SaaS, AI & M&A Technology | New Business & Account Growth
Territory: Poland & Baltics (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia)
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and commercially driven Senior Sales Executive to accelerate Datasite's growth across Poland and the Baltic markets.
This is a predominantly new-business-focused role, combined with responsibility for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Poland will be your primary market, with additional responsibility for developing opportunities across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
You will take ownership of generating new business, developing a strong sales pipeline, winning new clients, and growing revenue within your assigned accounts.
You will work closely with regional Sales Directors and leadership while independently driving sales opportunities and building relationships with senior decision-makers across the M&A and financial services ecosystem.
This role is ideal for an experienced B2B sales professional who thrives on winning new business but also understands the importance of developing long-term client relationships and maximising account potential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
New Business Development
Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across Poland and the Baltic markets.
Develop and execute a territory sales strategy focused on new business acquisition and revenue growth.
Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
Independently manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery to negotiation and closing.
Establish relationships with senior decision-makers across investment banks, private equity firms, law firms, corporate development teams, and financial institutions.
Position Datasite's SaaS and AI-powered solutions to address clients' business challenges.
Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets.
Account Management & Growth
Manage and develop relationships with an assigned portfolio of existing clients.
Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion opportunities.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Understand clients' evolving business needs and identify opportunities to introduce additional Datasite solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high standard of client experience and retention.
Maximise revenue potential within existing accounts.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise technology, AI, fintech, or financial services.
A proven track record of generating new business, winning new clients, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Strong hunting skills combined with the ability to develop and grow existing accounts.
Experience independently managing complex B2B sales cycles.
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, Partners, Managing Directors, and Heads of M&A.
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Excellent knowledge of the Polish business environment.
A proactive, self-motivated, results-driven approach with strong commercial ownership.
HIGHLY DESIRABLE
Experience selling SaaS, AI-powered solutions, or enterprise technology to financial and professional services organisations.
An established network within the Polish M&A, investment banking, private equity, or legal ecosystem.
Experience developing business opportunities across the Baltic markets.
Understanding of M&A transactions and financial technology.
Experience growing territories through a combination of new client acquisition and strategic account development.
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL
You are a commercially ambitious sales professional who enjoys winning new business and building lasting client relationships.
You are proactive in creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come to you.
You know how to open doors, engage senior decision-makers, navigate complex sales cycles, and close deals.
At the same time, you recognise the value of existing client relationships and actively identify opportunities to grow accounts.
You take ownership of your territory, manage your pipeline effectively, and are motivated by achieving ambitious revenue targets.
