- Deliver persuasive presentations and business cases to senior banking stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close complex, consultative sales opportunities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Represent FIS at industry events, banking conferences, and payments forums.

- Strong understanding of credit and debit card ecosystems, issuer processing, payment networks, card program management, and banking operations.
- Ability to engage executive and line-of-business stakeholders across retail banking, consumer lending, payments, card services, and operations.
- Exceptional communication, discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Added Bonus If You Have

- Experience selling within the financial technology or payments industry.
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape across card issuing, issuer processing, and payments providers.
- High level of resilience, discipline, and motivation in a quota-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
