Translate business needs into reliable technical solutions, balancing speed, usability, and long-term maintainability
Design and build scalable data models, workflows, custom objects, validation rules, and approval processes
Build dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, sales activity, and revenue performance
Develop custom functionality using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components where appropriate
Manage system access, permissions, data quality, documentation, testing, and releases
Work closely with sales leaders and representatives across regions to identify operational gaps, improve daily workflows, drive adoption through practical training, clear documentation, and responsive support
Optimize lead routing, account and opportunity management, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting
Manage marketing operations and automation
Own HubSpot operations, including campaign workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, nurture programs, and lifecycle management
Maintain reliable Salesforce–HubSpot synchronization, with clear field mappings, ownership rules, and processes for resolving errors
Partner with key stakeholders to improve lead capture, qualification, sales handoffs, campaign tracking, and attribution
Monitor funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion, and campaign execution
Build integrations and AI agents
Design, build, and maintain custom integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, and other go-to-market platforms using APIs, webhooks, and integration tools
Build custom AI agents for customer engagement and sales and marketing workflows, such as lead research, qualification, outreach support, and follow-up
Connect AI agents to relevant systems and data, with appropriate access controls, human review, and performance monitoring
Troubleshoot integration failures and automation issues to maintain accurate, dependable data across systems
5–10 years of relevant experience across sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or go-to-market systems, including fast-growing startup experience
Demonstrated Salesforce architecture and development experience, with ownership of complex implementations or substantial system improvements. Salesforce certifications preferred.
Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce configuration, Salesforce Flow, Apex, SOQL, and custom development
Strong experience with HubSpot and marketing automation, including lead scoring, segmentation, nurture workflows, lifecycle stages, and campaign reporting
Proven experience building custom integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms or custom code
Hands-on experience building and deploying custom AI agents connected to business systems and workflows

Experience supporting global sales teams and collaborating across functions and time zones
Strong analytical, creative troubleshooting, and project management skills
Clear communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions
A proactive ownership mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to execute independently in a fast-moving environment
