- Configure and maintain Salesforce security controls, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Organization-Wide Defaults.
- Support data migration, transformation, cleansing, and bulk data management using Data Loader, Workbench, and related integration tools.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, Project Managers, and client stakeholders to refine requirements, validate technical approaches, and support successful delivery.
- Participate in client-facing workshops, technical discussions, and solution reviews, providing insight into development options, feasibility, and Salesforce best practices.
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Support version control, automated deployments, and CI/CD processes using Git, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or comparable tools.
- Maintain technical documentation, development estimates, solution specifications, and project delivery records.
