As a Salesforce FSL agentforce Developer, you will engage directly with clients to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that enhance their business operations. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex client requirements and provide innovative solutions that drive business success. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, anticipating their needs, and guiding them through the intricacies of Salesforce technology. You will also mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development while maintaining professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing Salesforce solutions to enhance client business processes
- Managing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations to optimize performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems
- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning to design and deploy user-friendly interfaces
- Conducting business process modeling to align Salesforce capabilities with client needs
- Providing technical consultation and support for Salesforce-related projects
- Creating and maintaining documentation for Salesforce implementations and updates
- Analyzing client requirements to develop tailored Salesforce solutions
- Leading training sessions to empower clients in utilizing Salesforce effectively
- Monitoring and troubleshooting Salesforce applications to resolve technical issues

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
- Developing training materials for Salesforce implementations
