As a Salesforce LwC & Apex & Integration- Sr. Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver Salesforce solutions that meet their business needs. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce technologies. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications, confirming they align with client objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional and technical standards. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex situations, manage and inspire others, and contribute to the growth of the Salesforce practice. Your ability to interpret data and provide insights will be crucial in delivering impactful solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Leading Salesforce Service Cloud implementation projects to enhance client service delivery
- Developing and integrating Salesforce Lightning components and Apex code to optimize business processes
- Managing enterprise integration projects to validate seamless connectivity between Salesforce and other business systems
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify and address client needs through innovative Salesforce solutions
- Creating and maintaining project architecture and budgeting plans to align with client objectives
- Providing technical consultation and support for Salesforce administration and customization
- Designing and developing training materials to facilitate user adoption and maximize system utilization
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technology innovation and process standardization
- Embracing emerging technologies to enhance Salesforce capabilities and deliver value to clients
- Conducting requirements elicitation and business process modeling to inform solution design and implementation
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
- Implementing technology solutions with a focus on enterprise integration
- Developing training materials to enhance team capabilities
- Excelling in communication and teamwork within client support environments
