As a Salesforce QA Tester Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience of Salesforce applications, focusing on analyzing user needs and designing intuitive interfaces. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will be at the forefront of helping clients optimize operational efficiency through innovative solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and skills while anticipating the needs of your teams and clients.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will be part of a dynamic team that specializes in Salesforce user experience, providing consulting services to improve user engagement and satisfaction. You will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will contribute to achieving strategic objectives and enhancing the overall user experience for clients. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency
- Designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces to optimize user engagement and satisfaction
- Conducting usability testing and user acceptance testing to validate application functionality and user experience
- Collaborating with stakeholders to manage requirements and deliver project outcomes aligned with strategic objectives
- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Sales Cloud to support digital customer experience initiatives
- Conducting design reviews and user research to inform product enhancements and improve usability
- Applying analytical thinking and creativity to solve complex problems and generate innovative ideas
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and inspire team members
- Upholding professional and technical standards to maintain compliance with firm guidelines and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Graphics, Computer and Information Science, Graphic Design
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights
