As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions within our Advisory Service Delivery Centre, an extension of PwC's global delivery capabilities. You will work closely with clients to address complex business challenges, leveraging your skills in SAP technology to drive impactful results. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will play a crucial role in enhancing process quality and delivery capability for client engagements.
As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections and guide junior team members. You will navigate complex situations, using your problem-solving skills to manage workstreams and deliverables. This role emphasizes relationship building, managing others, and personal growth. You will be expected to anticipate client needs and contribute to the development of your technical skills and those of your team.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will establish effective working relationships with clients, contribute to business development activities, and continue to build your personal brand. Your involvement in training and leading staff will be key to fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the management of multiple client engagements, collaborating with Managers and senior team members
- Leading and mentoring junior staff to enhance team performance and technical skills
- Establishing and nurturing effective working relationships with clients to understand their business needs
- Contributing to the development of technical acumen within the team, focusing on SAP technologies
- Staying informed about local and national business and economic trends to provide relevant insights
- Engaging in business development activities to identify and explore new opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Developing internal relationships and enhancing your personal brand within the organization
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to support business transformation initiatives
- Implementing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori solutions to optimize client processes
- Applying analytical thinking and strategic technology planning to drive process improvement and optimization
- Embracing change and fostering a culture of inclusion and teamwork within project teams
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Fiori and SAP HANA for innovative solutions
- Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization
