As a SAP Analytics - SAC - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to design and implement SAP data management and analytics solutions
- Developing data models and performing complex data analysis to support data-driven decision-making
- Creating visualizations and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence tools
- Collaborating with clients to optimize data management processes and enhance data quality
- Providing training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools
- Integrating SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Data Intelligence Cloud for seamless data migration and reporting
- Implementing data quality improvement plans to validate data integrity and security
- Utilizing data mining and data preprocessing techniques to derive valuable insights from client data
- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and inspire team members
- Responding effectively to diverse perspectives and needs within client engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BW/4HANA
- Utilizing data integration and data modeling skills effectively
