As a SAP - Basis Senior Associate, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within our organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will uphold professional and technical standards, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, and using reflection to develop self-awareness and address development areas.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement and support SAP software solutions effectively
- Managing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for development and customization of SAP applications
- Supporting business transformation initiatives by optimizing SAP technology usage
- Collaborating with clients to provide training and support for seamless integration of SAP solutions
- Leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP HANA to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Developing strategic technology plans to align SAP solutions with client business objectives
- Engaging in process improvement and optimization to increase operational efficiency
- Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to anticipate and address their needs
- Guiding and mentoring junior team members in navigating complex SAP environments
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP HANA and SAP Fiori
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for business transformation
- Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization
