As a SAP - PMO - Associate, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing large-scale SAP implementation projects within our organization. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and address potential challenges. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to facilitate the successful delivery of SAP solutions.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In increasingly complex situations, you will build acumen to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team that specializes in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

- Coordinating and managing SAP implementation projects to align with client objectives
- Collaborating with business leaders and technical teams to define project goals and develop comprehensive project plans
- Allocating resources effectively to support project timelines and deliverables
- Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks to mitigate issues proactively
- Utilizing project management software to track project milestones and deliverables
- Engaging with stakeholders to facilitate communication and validate alignment on project objectives
- Supporting cross-functional teams in the integration and utilization of SAP solutions
- Applying agile methodology to enhance project delivery and adaptability
- Conducting program reviews and status reporting to keep stakeholders informed
- Assisting in the development of business cases to support project initiatives and benefits realization

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
