As a SAP - SF – Payroll - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Responsibilities

- Leading SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting projects to optimize client human resources processes
- Analyzing client requirements and implementing SAP HCM software solutions to enhance talent management
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Coaching and developing team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Utilizing business analysis and process improvement techniques to identify opportunities for client success
- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage team adoption
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Developing skills outside comfort zones and encouraging team members to do the same

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9-13 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Human Capital Management (SAP HCM)
- Utilizing strategic human resource planning and workforce analytics
- Managing complex HR transformation projects with a focus on innovation
- Excelling in business process improvement and change management
- Developing and implementing employee engagement strategies
- Leading teams in a client-facing environment within the industrials and services sector
