Those in SAP finance at PwC will specialise in providing consulting services for SAP finance applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP finance applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives.

• As part of our SAP Finance and Treasury practice, we are seeking a Manager
• SAP Treasury Consulting & Operate Lead to support and advise clients across Treasury operations, cash management, liquidity management, banking integrations, financial risk management, and operational stabilization initiatives.
• This role requires a hybrid consulting and operational support mindset. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of SAP Treasury operations, enterprise cash management processes, banking integrations, ITIL-based service management, and client-facing advisory capabilities. The candidate should be comfortable leading operational governance, supporting business-critical Treasury processes, driving stabilization and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) initiatives, and advising clients on operational improvements and support maturity enhancements.
• The candidate should thrive in fast-paced global support environments involving integrated SAP Finance ecosystems, business-critical Treasury operations, banking interfaces, payment processing, financial risk management, executive stakeholder interactions, and cross-functional coordination across technical and functional teams.

Minimum Degree Required

• As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a global team helping clients stabilize, optimize, and continuously improve SAP Treasury operations and enterprise financial processes. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Lead SAP Treasury operational support and continuous improvement initiatives across global business regions.
• Support clients in improving operational maturity, Treasury process governance, and service stabilization activities.
• Manage high-volume incident, service request, enhancement, and problem management activities related to Treasury and banking operations.
• Support critical month-end, quarter-end, and year-end Treasury and financial close activities.
• Drive operational stabilization initiatives and recurring incident reduction programs through proactive monitoring and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Lead P1/P2 production incident management, business-critical escalations, and operational war-room activities.
• Facilitate governance discussions, operational review meetings, RCA sessions, and stakeholder updates.
• Provide advisory support to clients around Treasury process optimization, service improvements, automation opportunities, and support maturity enhancements.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including RTR, AP, Banking, Middleware, Basis, Security, ABAP, and external banking vendors.
• Ensure adherence to SLA, KPI, ITIL, and operational governance standards.
• Use operational metrics and support data to drive decision-making, service optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support release management, defect validation, regression testing coordination, and production deployment activities.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain stakeholder confidence during critical Treasury and payment processing events.
• Mentor and coach team members while fostering strong operational ownership and collaboration.
• Assist leadership with operational reporting, governance reviews, service management activities, and resource planning.
• Contribute to practice development, operational excellence initiatives, and cross-competency collaboration within PwC.

Strong Expertise in SAP Treasury Operations

Operational Support Areas & Production Experience

The candidate should possess experience supporting enterprise Treasury environments involving: Payment processing failures Bank connectivity issues Treasury interface failures Cash position discrepancies Liquidity reporting inconsistencies FX valuation issues Treasury settlement and posting failures Bank statement processing errors Workflow and approval issues Treasury reporting and reconciliation issues Production support escalations during financial close and payment cycles The ideal candidate should be capable of operating effectively during high-pressure Treasury processing windows and business-critical operational events.

ITIL & Service Management Experience

• Strong understanding of ITIL-based support and service management processes including: Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Release Management Service Request Management
• Experience driving operational governance and service maturity improvements.
• Experience managing SLA/KPI adherence and operational reporting.
• Ability to proactively identify recurring support trends and implement long-term stabilization solutions.
• Experience supporting highly integrated enterprise Treasury environments with multiple upstream and downstream dependencies.

Cross-Functional Integration & Operational Support

Strong understanding of SAP Treasury integration points with: SAP FI/CO SAP AP/AR Banking and payment platforms Treasury Management Systems Middleware and interfaces ALE/IDOC and EDI/IDOC processing Security and authorization processes External banking applications and SWIFT integrations ABAP custom developments and enhancements The candidate should be capable of driving issue resolution across functional, technical, infrastructure, middleware, and external vendor teams.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Ability to lead globally distributed support teams across onsite, offshore, and nearshore delivery models. Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience supporting Treasury leadership, finance teams, and business users during critical Treasury operations and close cycles. Experience leading governance routines including: Ticket review meetings SLA governance RCA discussions Operational dashboards and reporting Executive escalation management

Ability to operate effectively in high
