Our Mission:
6sense's mission is to multiply what matters: growth, retention, and efficiency. We envision a future where companies, teams and people reach their full potential.
Our People:
People are the heart and soul of 6sense. We serve with passion and purpose. We live by our Being 6sense values of Win as One Team, Stay Curious, Do The Right Thing, Own the Outcome, and Create Belonging. Every 6sensor plays a part in defining the future of our industry-leading technology. 6sense is a place where difference-makers roll up their sleeves, take risks, act with integrity, and measure success by the value we create for our customers. We want 6sense to be the best chapter of your career.
The Role
Imagine selling a solution that will predict for your customers (with 85% accuracy) who is going to buy, what they'll buy, and when. As an Account Executive at 6sense, you'll be an instrumental player in our growth as we build upon the success we've had delivering predictions for enterprises like Cisco, Centrify, Dell, Qlik, and Oracle.
We will trust you to evangelize 6sense, run your business like a CEO, and consistently exceed quarterly and annual targets. This is not your average opportunity: you'll be closing large, complex deals across a diverse book of business, and you'll be rewarded very well for doing so.
The Fit
We're looking for driven closers who have a track record of being the best of the best. You bring passion for fundamentally changing B2B marketing and sales, and you can think critically about driving customer growth and building a world-class sales organization. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and accelerate our success.
Here are the traits you exhibit:
Intrinsic drive to be successful, love to win: You take initiative to figure it out and are motivated to do your absolute best work. That's why you've ended up at the top across your career.
Clear, succinct communicator: Using your customer's language, you help them understand the value 6sense delivers.
Technical expertise: You can demonstrate and speak to how 6sense drives customer success.
Innately curious: You know your buyer, their business, and what 6sense means to their outcomes.
Empathetic listener: You listen more than you talk, and you really get what they mean.
Collaborate and win as a team: You compete, but above all you collaborate. You share what's working, help the team win, and take on projects beyond just closing deals.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales experience, closing complex sales cycles
Consistent track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company)
Experience closing transactions of $100k+ ACV to line-of-business executives
Experience bringing on net-new logos and managing a pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities
Preferred Requirements
Experience selling to Enterprise CMOs, VPs of Demand Gen, Marketing Operations, and Sales leaders
Experience closing $1M+ transactions
Familiarity with marketing technology (Marketo, Eloqua), B2B publishers/media, and data providers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
4-year BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Strong C-level customer references
