In this position, you will serve as a key partner to our clients, bridging strategic planning with day-to-day execution. You will manage client relationships, oversee campaign deliverables, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly, on time, and aligned with client goals.
Whether you bring solid agency experience as a Senior Associate or fresh momentum and drive as an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in growing key accounts and shaping client strategy. We're on the hunt for someone who doesn't just manage accounts, but champions them – becoming the trusted advisor and go-to guru for our clients.
If you're someone who believes fiercely in the power of creativity to change fortunes and make brands truly matter, and you're eager to dive in with diverse teams, sparking ideas and crafting strategies that lead to truly outstanding, unforgettable creative, then you might just be the person we're looking for.
What You’ll be Busy With? You'll be the orchestrator, the primary point of contact weaving together clients, our brilliant internal teams, and our agency partners all while consistently delivering work that doesn't just meet expectations, but smashes them, on time and on budget. This means diving deep with clients, unearthing their advertising aspirations, then huddling with our own creative minds to build campaigns that hit the brief and the budget with precision and panache.
You're a strategic thinker at heart, capable of seeing beyond the immediate, identifying opportunities and challenges, and translating them into actionable plans. Your ability to think on your feet and adapt to evolving client needs is second nature.
You’ll be in the spotlight, alongside our business lead to not just manage projects but ensure top quality and effectiveness of every campaign. You're the vital conduit, the seamless link, ensuring every message flows freely between client and agency.
Beyond the day-to-day, this role offers an unparalleled opportunity to truly make your mark. You'll hone your leadership and strategic acumen, learning to navigate intricate agency dynamics and drive impactful results. This isn't just a job; it's a launchpad for growth, where your relentless curiosity, passion for great work, and resilience will be celebrated and cultivated. You'll build an incredible network of industry connections, both internally and externally, and leave each day knowing you've contributed to campaigns that don't just get done, but shine, making a tangible difference for our clients and their brands.
Ogilvy celebrates its people. Fully. Enthusiastically. Unhesitatingly. We’ll empower you with the tools you’ll need to succeed. We’ll give you the autonomy to seek out new paths and better ways of doing things. We’ll support you with colleagues who are experts in their disciplines, drawn from across the Ogilvy network. And we’ll provide opportunities for you to do work of which you’ll be proud, with people you’ll be proud to call your teammates.
