The Opportunity

As part of the Corporate Deals Technology team you can work with global corporate clients to shape technology strategy that enables business impact and deal success in complex M&A transactions. As a Senior Associate you can blend strategic analysis, technology insight, and execution support to address complex business and technology challenges across the deal lifecycle. This position provides an exciting opportunity to develop M&A technology strategies, conduct technology due diligence, and advise on integration and divestiture planning.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global corporate clients to develop technology strategies
- Conduct technology due diligence to identify business opportunities
- Address complex challenges throughout the M&A deal lifecycle
- Provide execution support for integration and divestiture planning

What You Must Have
- Master's Degree
- 4 years of experience in Consulting
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
