We’re proudly part of Mars, while also building something boldly different. If this inspires and energizes you, you’ve found the right place where you can do cool things with fun people for one of the biggest snacking companies in the world!
The ODD Lead, Digital Commerce leads Accelerator's On-Demand Delivery and Marketplace Commerce agenda, with responsibility for driving strategy, execution, analytics, and performance across last-mile delivery platforms, marketplaces, and emerging commerce models.
This role will support the Accelerator business across brands including KIND®, RXBAR®, Nutri-Grain®, Special K Bars®, Pure Organic®, Eggo®, Rice Krispies Treats®, and Pop-Tarts®, with a focus on accelerating growth across platforms such as Instacart, Amazon, DoorDash, Uber Eats, GoPuff, and DashMart.
As the Accelerator division continues to evolve, this role will help build the commercial and operating muscle needed to win in digital commerce. This role will also serve as a key connector into the broader Mars Snacking Digital Commerce and Route-to-Market ecosystem, helping ensure Accelerator is both adopting and shaping global best practices across On-Demand Delivery, marketplaces, digital merchandising, retail media, performance marketing, and connected commerce. The role is expected to build capability by transforming successful customer programs, platform partnerships, and test-and-learn initiatives into scalable growth models and best practices.
