How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision

As a Senior Customer Success Manager on our APAC team, you'll own the full lifecycle of MarqVision's global accounts across the region: multinational brands whose brand protection stakeholders sit in APAC markets outside Korea and Japan. Reporting to the APAC Customer Success Team Lead, you'll be the trusted partner and single point of accountability for your portfolio, from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You'll also be the connective tissue between your accounts and our Sales, Product, Data, MarqLaw legal services, and Partnerships teams, making sure customers get full value from enforcement services and marketplace programs, not just the platform. This is a high-ownership role on a small, fast-growing pod within the APAC Customer Success team: you'll shape how we serve global brands across APAC and have a direct line to Product, Sales, and leadership. Every conversation you'll have runs in English, with customers across Singapore, Hong Kong, Greater China, Southeast Asia, and beyond.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full lifecycle of global APAC accounts, from onboarding, training, and business reviews through feature adoption, renewals, and expansion
• Build relationships at every level of the customer organization, including executive sponsors, to understand business priorities and cultivate internal champions
• Monitor account health, identify risk early, and execute mitigation plans, escalating internally when the strategic value of the account warrants it
• Drive adoption across MarqVision's full offering: platform, MarqLaw legal services, and marketplace partnerships, so customers leverage everything available to them
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and shape engagement strategy in partnership with the Sales team
• Define timelines, milestones, and success criteria for customer initiatives and see them through to completion
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering, MarqLaw, and Partnerships to turn customer requests into action and strategize account growth

What You’ll Bring

• Native or near-native fluency in English, written and verbal. This role runs entirely in English with customers across APAC. Business-level Korean for day-to-day collaboration in our Seoul office
• 5+ years of Customer Success and/or Account Management experience in SaaS, with demonstrated success managing enterprise or multinational accounts
• Proven track record owning renewals and expansions, including multi-stakeholder, multi-year relationships
• Cross-cultural fluency: comfortable building trust with stakeholders across APAC markets and navigating the norms of large global organizations
• Strategic thinking to grow partnership value across matrixed customer organizations, plus the ability to speak credibly about platform usage as well as adjacent legal enforcement and marketplace topics, coordinating with the specialist teams behind each
• Excellent customer-facing skills: training, coaching, executive-level discussion management, conflict resolution, and explaining complex concepts simply
• Self-starter with strong business and technical acumen and a genuine willingness to go the extra mile

Bonus Signal

• Business fluency in Mandarin Chinese or another APAC language
• Familiarity with brand protection, IP enforcement, legal tech, or marketplace enforcement programs (e.g., Amazon Brand Registry, Alibaba)
• Background in data analytics or strategic consulting, or prior experience working alongside legal or compliance teams in a customer-facing role
