Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.
Position Summary:
Global Operations Emerging Technology (GOET) builds and delivers the artificial intelligence, data, and automation capabilities used across Global Operations. The Senior Delivery Lead is the central coordination point for that portfolio, turning strategy into sequenced, funded, and governed work while keeping multiple initiatives moving through delivery and approval at the same time.
You will build and run the management system the portfolio depends on: intake and prioritization, governance forums and operating cadences, delivery metrics, and executive reporting. The role sits at the center of business, technology, risk, compliance, and legal partners, keeping work aligned to Responsible AI expectations and enterprise standards, surfacing dependencies and risks early, and giving leaders what they need to decide quickly. Success looks like a portfolio with clear priorities, predictable governance timelines, and very few surprises.
