Position Summary:
This senior Delivery Lead position is responsible for: -Coordinating and facilitating routines to support delivery – e.g.kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. -Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple teams. -Support Enterprise Change Management Standards -Program level status reporting and key control indicators -Facilitates dependency management/risk management /impediment removal. -Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline. -Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks /issues, and schedule. -Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. -Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. -Supports resource planning for delivery/execution. -Accountability and Ownership and self-sufficient to be able to work with minimum guidance This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.
