About Payoneer
Founded in 2005, Payoneer is the global financial platform that removes friction from doing business across borders, with a mission to connect the world’s underserved businesses to a rising global economy. We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.
By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.
Role summary:
Payoneer's Core AI domain owns the company's shared AI platform and is driving Payoneer's shift to an AI-native operating model. That means the paved-road infrastructure every team builds agents on, the AI-DLC engine that's changing how software gets built, a portfolio of high-value function and product bets and the enterprise-wide governance. It's a fast-moving domain with a roadmap that adapts and evolves as bets move from discovery to production. We're looking for a Domain Operations Lead to be the operational backbone of this domain - the person who turns strategy into predictable, well-run execution.

Process & delivery governance – Champion consistent, well-run delivery practices across the domain's teams, including major platform modernization efforts.
Tracking performance & health – Own the key metrics and dashboards that show leadership how the domain is performing, and flag emerging trends early.

Risk & issue management – Keep a clear log of risks and issues facing the domain, and drive them to mitigation and resolution.
Leadership reporting & communication – Prepare clear, business-focused updates for senior leadership.
Running leadership meetings – Own the domain's leadership meeting cadence - agendas, decisions, and follow-through.
