Whether you come from a background in business development, strategic partnerships, marketing, or a related field, you can be successful in this role. We don’t require a specific degree, but we’re looking for translatable skills and relevant expertise. Specifically, we’re looking for the following qualifications:

• Leading projects across teams to support Business Development goals and strengthen relationships with key partners.
• Taking ownership of partner relationships and looking for opportunities to grow existing accounts, including leading in-person Quarterly Business Reviews with key partners.
• Collaborating with Legal to understand business requirements and clearly communicating those expectations to prospective partners.
• Pitching in wherever needed, excluding licensed tasks, to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.

About You:

• Building strong, lasting relationships comes naturally to you, and you know how to create a great experience for both internal and external partners.
• You’re a confident communicator who can clearly share ideas, lead conversations, and present to a variety of audiences.
• You have a strong business mindset and use data, context, and good judgment to make thoughtful decisions.
• You’re comfortable taking ownership, moving opportunities forward, and bringing people together around shared goals.
• You know how to motivate and encourage others while building positive working relationships across teams.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoy collaborating with co-workers across different areas of the business.
• You bring a dedicated work ethic and can be counted on to follow through on commitments.
