Dentalcorp is investing in digital products and technology that make dentistry better—for patients, clinicians, practices, and teams. As Senior Manager, Product Delivery & Digital Products, you’ll shape the strategy and lead the delivery, adoption, and evolution of a growing digital portfolio. You’ll connect business priorities, user needs, technology teams, and partners to turn complex opportunities into scalable solutions and measurable results.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a product thinker who can move seamlessly from vision to execution—challenging the status quo, raising the bar beyond excellence, bringing teams together brilliantly, and creating experiences that help our network thrive.
You’re a pragmatic digital product leader who is equally comfortable setting direction and getting things done. You turn ambiguity into clear roadmaps, practical delivery plans, aligned teams, and measurable outcomes.
Curious, commercially minded, and relationship-focused, you use customer journeys, workflow insights, data, and feedback to make smart decisions. You build trust across executive, clinical, operational, technology, and partner groups—and lead through influence, sound judgment, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Dentalcorp is North America’s leading and fastest-growing network of dental practices. Through industry-leading technology, expertise, and scale, we help practices grow while supporting dental professionals to retain their clinical autonomy. Here, you’ll be trusted with meaningful responsibility, supported to grow, and surrounded by people who share ideas and raise the bar together. Our Beyond Brilliant values—Beyond the Status Quo, Beyond Excellence, Brilliant Together, and Brilliant Experiences—guide how we innovate, collaborate, deliver, and put people at the centre.
The salary range for this position is $125,000 CAD to $150,000 CAD annually (plus a bonus of up to 20% and competitive total rewards and benefits package). The final offer will reflect relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This posting is for a new opportunity.
You will be based at our Toronto Support Centre, located at 181 Bay Street in the heart of Toronto’s financial district. This position will be on site from Monday to Thursday, with Fridays designated as work-from-home days.
