FloQast is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to own payroll for our US and Canada employees. You'll be the in-house expert on our HRIS, UKG Pro (UltiPro), run our bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls, and help us clean up and improve how payroll works in UKG so there's less manual effort and fewer workarounds.
You'll also coordinate with the third-party providers who handle payroll for our international teams, and work closely with HR, Benefits, and Accounting. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working independently, taking ownership of processes, maintaining clear documentation, and driving improvements to create more efficient and scalable workflows.
This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and business needs, as determined by the department leader. Please note that this requirement is subject to ongoing review and may be adjusted in the future.
