You'll bring commercial thinking, strong influencing skills and a data-led approach to help leaders make informed decisions that strengthen performance, engagement and talent.
Working as part of our global People team, you'll balance strategic business partnering with hands-on delivery, leading initiatives across talent management, organisational design, performance, engagement and change. We're looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys operating as a strategic business partner in a dynamic, international environment.
This is more than a business partnering role—it's an opportunity to influence how our People function evolves across APAC.

Based in our Singapore office, this is a hybrid role with in-office collaboration Tuesday to Thursday. You'll primarily work Singapore business hours while partnering with colleagues across the globe, with occasional flexibility for meetings across time zones.
