Airwallex is the AI-native financial operating system for a real-time, intelligent economy. More than 675,000 businesses, including McLaren Racing, Qantas, SHEIN, and TikTok, use us, directly or through our platform partners, to run their financial operations or build and monetize financial products of their own.
We started in Melbourne in 2015 to build the infrastructure global commerce runs on. We're the regulated backbone behind global payments: not by accident, but by design. A decade plus, 85+ licenses, and a financial infrastructure spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
We're co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore, with more than 2,700 people across 27 offices. We hire builders with founder-level energy, people who move fast with good judgment, dig in with real curiosity, and make calls from first principles rather than waiting to be told what to do. Read our operating principles to see it in full.

Drive product decisions across account overview, transfers, activity and reporting, settings, alerts, and mobile experiences.
Translate customer friction in complex financial operations into clear product priorities, roadmap decisions, and execution plans while maintaining a high bar for product quality, usability, and craftsmanship.
You'll work from our Singapore office.
Essentials
5+ years of product management experience in high-growth technology companies, ideally across fintech, payments, treasury, financial infrastructure, or complex B2B SaaS.
Experience owning customer-facing product areas with meaningful UX complexity, particularly where multiple workflows or systems need to feel seamless to the end user.
Exceptional product judgment, strong customer empathy, and a passion for craftsmanship, with the ability to turn complex systems into products that feel intuitive and delightful.
Demonstrated ability to partner deeply with engineering teams on technically complex products and translate backend or platform complexity into intuitive customer experiences.
Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and operational stakeholders in fast-moving environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence peers and senior leaders across multiple teams and domains.
A track record of building or improving products used by globally operating, multi-entity, or operationally complex businesses.
Preferred
Experience in business accounts, treasury, transfers, FX, payments, wallets, or adjacent financial operations workflows.
Experience leading products at the intersection of user experience and financial infrastructure.
Familiarity with the challenges of unifying multiple financial capabilities into one clear customer experience.
Experience building products for international businesses managing funds, payments, and reporting across currencies and markets.
A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and bias toward action, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.
Experience in adjacent domains such as spend management, yield, or broader financial operations.
You're comfortable owning the roadmap yourself.
You own the outcome and you don't wait for permission to fix what's broken.
You're comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and moving quickly anyway.
You simplify complexity rather than hiding behind it.
You know when to align and when to just decide. Collaboration isn't a way to avoid accountability.
You communicate clearly and directly across cultures, and you're thoughtful about how context shifts meaning across borders.
You value in-person collaboration and are happy being in the office three days a week.
The Business Accounts team is where Cash, Yield, Lending, and the rest of our product suite come together into one unified financial experience for businesses. We're building the intelligent orchestration layer that lets customers move funds between transactional, yield-generating, and lending accounts, optimize liquidity, and respond dynamically to activity across payments, card spend, and collections. The challenge is that this connective layer doesn't exist yet: as our product suite grows, customers need it to feel programmable and automated, not like a patchwork of separate accounts. This is a brand-new team at an early stage, so you'll shape the technical foundations of a core platform from the ground up. If you want ownership building the product that sits at the center of Airwallex's business customer experience, this is where that work happens.
