Senior Product Manager, Partners

## **Who We Are:** Taiv is a fast-growing tech startup located in Winnipeg, Canada. Taiv uses AI to make business TV more fun, engaging, profitable, and easier to manage, starting with bars and restaurants. We've built proprietary tech that uses computer vision to watch live TV and improve the content with contextually-aware commercials, content, and games. Our tech also automates the manual AV tasks that venues have to do every day, to make bar management easier, standardized, and more profitable. We're venture-capital backed and graduated from Y Combinator, the world's top tech accelerator, in winter 2020. Program alumni include Airbnb, Instacart, DoorDash, etc. (www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies). We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Partners to join our growing team! ## **What We're Looking For:** This role owns Taiv's Partners product: the software venues use to run Taiv. Our venue customers range from single- and multi-location independents to the biggest national brands and largest enterprises in the U.S. and Canada. The product has reached product-market fit and initial scale. Your job is to turn it into a repeatable, scalable product that venues pay for and run on their own. You'll report to our Head of Product and work directly with an engineering team, design, and the people who sell and support the product. This is a hands-on senior role. You own discovery, specs, delivery, and customer contact for your area, while the Head of Product sets direction across areas and settles trade-offs between them. You'll have real ownership and a direct line to leadership. ## **What You'll Be Doing:** - Own the vision, roadmap, and outcomes for the Partners product, prioritizing the work with the highest return. - Shape how we package and price paid venue features, then launch them to every account. - Build tools that let chains run Taiv across all their locations themselves, and make sure venues can get the information and reporting they need on their own. - Plan integrations with the systems venues already use, like point of sale, scheduling, and menu tools. - Talk to customers often. Venue owners and chain operators will show you where the product falls short, and you'll run user research and usability testing with design to dig deeper. - Work with sales and account management on enterprise deals, including joining customer calls and shaping what we can commit to. - Write clear requirements and partner with the Partners technical lead to plan delivery and keep technical decisions in line with product direction. - Pitch new initiatives tied to company goals, with a business case clear enough to earn buy-in from leadership. - Track the metrics that matter for your area and use them to make product decisions. - Build a release process and product documentation so sales, support, and operations always know what's shipping and how it works. - Use AI heavily (data analysis, prototyping, sub-agents, QA) to move faster and unblock the team. - Travel occasionally to customer locations for discovery meetings. ## **Who You Are:** - You're an owner. Hand you a product area with little structure and you'll run it, from strategy down to the details of a release. - You're technically minded and AI-fluent. You're comfortable coding with AI (Claude or similar) and reasoning through technical trade-offs. - You're analytical and business-first. You know when a problem needs strategic thinking and when it just needs to get done. - You communicate clearly, in writing and in person. You can bring engineers, executives, salespeople, and customers along with you. ## **Your Qualifications:** - 6-10 years of product management experience in B2B software, owning a product area end to end. - A track record of shipping products that moved a business number like revenue, adoption, or retention. We care about the outcome more than the feature list. - Experience packaging or pricing a product so it sells without custom work. - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Based in Winnipeg or willing to relocate. We're hybrid, with three days a week in the office (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). - Bonus: startup experience, an MBA, or a background in adtech, media, marketplaces, hospitality tech, hardware or computer vision. Experience with enterprise or multi-location customers. ## **Perks:** - Employee stock options - 100% employer-covered health benefits - Flex-time & unlimited paid vacation - Gym membership - Catered lunches 3x per week - Dog-friendly office - Hybrid work model - Free parking on-site ## **Job Details:** - Job Type: Full-time - Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year + stock options - Schedule: Monday to Friday - Ability to commute: can reliably commute to the office (required) Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
