• 10 - 15 years of experience managing digital projects or product delivery in an agile environment.
• Proven experience leading full software or digital product delivery lifecycles.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
• Working knowledge of digital product development, including release cycles and prioritisation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, risks, and dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with delivery tools and collaboration platforms used in agile teams (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Experienced in delivering complex projects in the Singapore Public Sector or large enterprises.

Good-to-Have

• Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, CITPM, COMIT, PMI) is an advantage.

Not for You If

This role is not a fit if:

• You prefer working on internal, back-office projects rather than live customer-facing products.
• You see agile ceremonies as a formality rather than a working discipline.
• You're looking for a pure product management role without delivery accountability.
• You're uncomfortable being the primary point of contact for customer escalations.
