We are seeking a Senior Service Delivery Engineer to join our global Online Customer Performance team, where innovation knows no borders. This team optimizes airfare shopping to help online travel agencies (OTAs) boost conversion rates. As a Senior Service Delivery Engineer supporting Asia-Pacific (APAC) travel partners, you will own platform performance. You will analyze application programming interface (API) data, consult with customers and guide engineering teams to resolve complex issues. This role requires technical curiosity, strong diagnostics and the confidence to bridge business and engineering needs.
