Position Overview

our integrated cloud platform for CAD, CAM, CAE, and PCB, increasingly
powered by AI-driven capabilities such as intelligent design assistance,
automation, and data-driven workflows.
As a Software QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the
quality, reliability, and trustworthiness of AI-enabled features. You will
develop independence in test planning and execution, contribute to
automation, and collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, and
product teams to validate both traditional software functionality and AI-
driven behavior.
This role is ideal for QA engineers who are excited to grow their skills in AI-
focused testing while continuing to build strong foundations in functional,
integration, and automation testing.
It's a hybrid role based in Kraków.
Responsibilities
Define risk-based test strategies for complex features and services; ensure traceability from requirements to test coverage.
Lead end to end workflow, integration, performance, and resiliency testing; optimize coverage using data-driven prioritization.
Design and maintain automation frameworks (UI, API, performance) for high-value scenarios, support test automation efforts that scale with the speed of AI-enabled development.
Diagnose multi-layer defects (client/service); apply hypothesis-driven debugging and telemetry analysis.
Demonstrate deep understanding of Fusion workflows and underlying technologies; translate into realistic test scenarios.
Perform root cause analysis and propose preventive measures; collaborate on design for testability.
Act as a quality multiplier: mentor P1/P2 engineers, share best practices, and contribute reusable tools.
Represent QA in planning/design reviews; influence acceptance criteria and risk decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mechanical, or equivalent experience.
6+ years in QA or software development with proven ownership of test strategy and automation.
Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed systems
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
Familiar with automation frameworks and scripting languages (Python or similar).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team.
Familiarity with CAD concepts and willingness to learn quickly.
Understanding of how AI/ML-powered features differ from traditional deterministic software.
Ability to think critically about non-deterministic behavior, edge cases, and risk in AI systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Fusion or similar CAD/CAM platforms.
Exposure to AI testing techniques, tools, and methodologies
