What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll be doing meaningful work on a real project throughout your time with us supported by a network of young and experienced engineers so you can gain real world experience of how your academic knowledge is used in industry

• Using data, technology and AI to improve environmental performance at power stations, test marine automation software or strengthen cyber-security

• You’ll develop through a mix of digital learning, on-the-job training and opportunities that bring your ideas to life in meaningful ways

• Accessing opportunities for continuous learning

Who we’re looking for:

• A degree in any STEM subject, or joint honours degrees that combine STEM with subjects like business or economics

• A strong passion for the future of technology

• Being open-minded, curious and agile in your approach to work and career development

Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too.

We see hybrid working as a way to balance and flex our time between the office, home, or another remote working place. Everyone is expected on site, on average, a minimum three days per week. But specific arrangements will vary from role to role and gig to gig. We encourage and support flexible working arrangements where we can.

What we offer:

• Meaningful work from day one, with the support to help you succeed

• A culture that invests in your personal and professional development

• The chance to grow your skills while working on real projects in a global company

You’ll be working on real projects and making a real difference from day one. That’s why we make sure you’re properly rewarded for the work you do. Along with your salary, you’ll get:

• 33 days’ annual leave, including bank holidays (pro rata)

• Access to an independent, 24-hour, confidential counselling service

Join us and help create the technologies that will shape tomorrow. If you're ready to learn, grow and make a lasting difference from day one, we'd love to hear from you.
