If you're the kind of person who clocks a trending format on TikTok before it's everywhere, can shoot and edit a Reel the same day, and has strong opinions about why one post performs and another doesn't, keep reading.
We're looking for a part-time, freelance creator who loves making videos, spotting trends, testing ideas, and bringing content to life. You'll work closely with our Marketing team to help increase content output, support filming, edit short-form videos, and develop new content formats that help more women and families learn about Cofertility.
This is a hands-on creator role for someone who enjoys being both behind and in front of the camera. You'll help us move quickly, experiment often, and create content our audience wants to watch.
We're especially excited to meet creators who can take our brand and turn it into scroll-stopping content that drives real impact. From trends and original content series to community storytelling, you’ll engage and grow the Cofertility social presence in fresh and creative ways.
A part of this role is filming our CEO and co-founder, Lauren, on a regular basis. You'll need to be comfortable directing on-camera, capturing authentic moments, and turning them into content that feels real, not produced. You'll also help identify and coordinate with other creators when we need additional voices or perspectives.
Deliverables are scoped monthly and include:
We are a fully remote team and are spread out across the coasts. Since we’re located all over the country, communication using Slack, Gmail, Zoom, and other tools is key. We communicate regularly throughout the day, and you’ll never be alone. We believe in giving our team members autonomy, and place value on the output of each team member. Above all, we’re proud to engage in meaningful work that will impact tons of people throughout the family-building process.
We are an equal opportunity employer. Individuals seeking employment at our company are considered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
Additionally, we encourage candidates who have non-traditional/diverse backgrounds to apply. Candidates who have been challenged or chosen to challenge themselves in unique ways, but may not fit all specified criteria are still encouraged to apply and share why this is such a compelling opportunity for you.
