Process Overview
Global Information Security (GIS) protects the Bank’s systems, data, and platforms. The Cyber Security Technology function develops and maintains security products, including SOAR platforms such as Tines, to enable secure and scalable operations.
Job Description
This role is responsible for designing and delivering observability, analytics, and reporting capabilities for the SOAR platform (Tines). The Splunk Analyst will build a unified data foundation by inventorying and normalizing Tines-generated logs, enabling consistent reporting and data-driven decision-making.
Key focus areas include developing production-grade dashboards, alerts, and reporting frameworks to monitor platform health, adoption, and operational performance across 25+ teams. The analyst will partner with engineering and security operations teams to improve visibility, drive standardization, and enable actionable insights.
