The Lytle Park Hotel is seeking a passionate, hands-on Sous Chef to join our talented culinary team! This position will primarily focus on supporting our restaurant kitchen operations, working alongside our line cooks to ensure exceptional food quality, consistency, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a strong culinary professional who enjoys being actively involved on the line, leading by example, developing team members, and delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests.
We're looking for a working Sous Chef who leads from the line, someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, jump into service, and help the team succeed.
Our ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, strong culinary fundamentals, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for both exceptional food and developing others.
