The Senior Regional Marketing Communications Manager, Greater China is the strategic communications business partner for the region and the central point of coordination between regional stakeholders and the global Communications & Branding function.
The role converts business, sales and portfolio priorities into integrated, locally relevant communications that strengthen Nexperia’s brand, support demand generation and enable customer engagement, while safeguarding consistency, quality and governance across external channels.
The position combines strategy, communications business partnership and hands-on delivery. It sets the regional communications agenda, leads complex cross-functional programs, manages agencies and budgets, uses performance insights to optimize impact, and develops regional capability through clear direction, coaching and effective delegation.
What you will do
- Own and continuously develop the Greater China marketing communications strategy and annual integrated plan, aligned with the global communications team, sales and regional priorities.
- Act as senior communications adviser and trusted business partner to global and regional leadership, challenging assumptions and translating business needs into clear communication objectives, audiences, narratives and channel choices.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across product launches, key applications and growth segments, combining digital, social, media, events, customer workshops, webinars, advertising and sales-enablement content.
- Coordinate regional launch and promotion priorities with global MarCom colleagues, ensuring timely localization and effective activation of selling tools, technical content, presentations, demonstrations, videos and collateral.
- Own Nexperia’s regional digital and social presence, including WeChat and relevant search, media and platform activities; set channel objectives, oversee content and agencies, and use data to improve reach, engagement, lead quality and conversion support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional technology and trade media; partner with Tech PR and approved spokespeople on interviews, briefings, press materials and market-facing opportunities.
- Lead major regional events and customer engagement programs from strategic brief through execution, including objectives, messaging, content, demonstrations, stakeholder alignment, vendor management and post-event evaluation.
- Safeguard brand integrity and message consistency across externally published regional content. Ensure localization preserves the intent of global narratives and follows applicable review, approval, legal and brand-governance requirements.
- Serve as the regional coordination point for sensitive or high-profile communication requests, escalating appropriately and ensuring fast, accurate alignment with global owners.
- Create regular performance reporting and actionable insights for regional and global stakeholders. Connect activity metrics to communication outcomes and business priorities, and recommend changes to plans and investment.
- Own the regional communications budget and supplier portfolio, including forecasting, prioritization, procurement coordination, agency briefs, quality control and delivery within agreed budgets.
- Represent the Greater China perspective in global Communications & Branding planning and bring global standards, tools and best practices into the region.
