At TTEC Digital, we coach clients to ensure their employees feel valued, and fully supported, because an amazing customer experience is an employee first process. Our vision is the same, a place where employees know they can thrive.
As a Sr. Sales Executive for TTEC Digital and working remotely, you’ll drive new-logo growth through the sale of Gemini Enterprise solutions and the broader TTEC Digital portfolio. You’ll help enterprise organizations transform customer engagement by combining AI, cloud, data, CX strategy, and technology.
This is a new logo role focused on creating new opportunities, penetrating net-new enterprise accounts, developing executive relationships, and closing transformational deals. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders, connecting their business challenges to differentiated Gemini Enterprise and TTEC Digital solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own the full sales cycle—from identifying and targeting new accounts through prospecting, executive engagement, solution development, negotiation, and close. You’ll build and execute territory and account strategies designed to consistently create new-logo pipeline and deliver revenue against aggressive targets.
You’ll lead with the business value of Gemini-powered customer engagement and AI, engaging executives across Customer Experience, Contact Center, Customer Service, Digital, Technology, Data & AI, and Operations.
Working with TTEC Digital solution architects, consultants, Google Cloud/Gemini specialists, and delivery leaders, you’ll develop compelling solutions that address complex customer challenges and differentiate TTEC Digital in the marketplace.
Key areas of focus include:
- New-logo acquisition: Identify, prospect, penetrate, and close net-new enterprise accounts.
- Pipeline creation: Generate qualified pipeline through targeted prospecting, account mapping, executive outreach, partnerships, events, and referrals.
- Executive engagement: Establish relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers and create access to economic buyers.
- Position Gemini Enterprise as a strategic platform for AI-powered customer engagement and service transformation.
- Solution selling: Connect customer challenges to Gemini Enterprise, AI, cloud, data, consulting, and TTEC Digital services.
- Opportunity leadership: Orchestrate internal teams and customer stakeholders through complex sales cycles.
- Revenue growth: Consistently achieve new-logo bookings, revenue, pipeline, and activity targets.
- Competitive selling: Differentiate TTEC Digital and Gemini Enterprise against CX, CCaaS, AI, cloud, and services competitors.
- Forecast discipline: Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity strategy, close plans, and forecasts.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Research and prioritize net-new enterprise accounts based on CX, AI, cloud, and contact center transformation potential.
- Build relationships with C-level and senior executives across CX, Customer Service, Technology, Digital, Data & AI, and Operations.
- Prospect into organizations where there is a compelling business case for AI-powered customer engagement.
- Develop account-entry strategies and identify whitespace, buying centers, influencers, and economic buyers.
- Conduct executive discovery to understand business priorities, CX challenges, technology environments, and transformation initiatives.
- Position Gemini Enterprise and TTEC Digital’s broader capabilities around high-value business problems rather than technology alone.
- Create and advance opportunities from prospecting through qualification, solution development, negotiation, and close.
- Partner with solution architects and subject matter experts on proposals, demonstrations, business cases, and executive presentations.
- Maintain a healthy new-logo pipeline, aggressively progress pursuits, and maintain accurate forecasts.
What You Bring to the Role
- 10+ years of enterprise technology, SaaS, PaaS, cloud, AI, CX, CCaaS, or professional services sales experience.
- Demonstrated new-logo hunting track record, including personally originating and closing enterprise accounts.
- Consistent success achieving or exceeding aggressive sales quotas.
- Proven ability to create pipeline through self-generated prospecting and account development.
- Experience selling complex, transformational solutions with six- and seven-figure+ deal potential.
- Experience selling into Customer Experience, Contact Center, Customer Service, Digital, Technology, Data & AI, or Operations organizations.
- Understanding of AI, cloud, CX, and digital transformation, with the ability to translate technology into business outcomes.
- Executive presence and demonstrated ability to establish C-suite and senior business/technology relationships.
- Strong consultative and value-selling skills, including the ability to create demand around solutions customers may not yet be actively evaluating.
- Experience navigating complex enterprise buying processes and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Ability to independently develop territory and account strategies and prioritize the highest-value opportunities.
- Strong competitive selling, negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
