At Axon, we’re on a mission to Protect Life. We’re explorers, pursuing society’s most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other.

The Technical Account Manager supports enterprise customers through a shared, fractional engagement model. Approximately 25% of this full-time role - about 10 hours per week - is dedicated to a healthcare enterprise customer. The remaining capacity provides flexible technical and field support across other Enterprise deployments, break-fix events, training engagements, and Professional Services initiatives.
You will combine the ongoing ownership and escalation leadership of a Technical Account Manager with the hands-on configuration, training, and onsite judgment of a field deployment professional. You will help customers adopt Axon technology confidently, stabilize issues quickly, and build operating practices that continue after you leave the room. The healthcare account is the anchor engagement, not the full scope of the position. The role is designed for someone who values variety, can protect a defined customer allocation, and is willing to travel when another Enterprise customer needs deployment or rapid-response support.
