You will own department performance by developing talent, managing labor, and ensuring visual and merchandising excellence. Through consistent coaching, floor presence, and data‑driven decision making, you will elevate both individual and team performance. You will also partner with store leadership to execute company initiatives, ensure compliance, and continuously improve how the business operates.
You will work closely with the Store Director and fellow leaders to align on priorities, performance goals, and store‑wide initiatives. Together, you will collaborate on staffing strategies, talent development, and operational execution that supports both the customer experience and business outcomes.
On the floor, you will lead and mentor a diverse team of associates, building strong relationships through communication, trust, and accountability. You will also partner with cross‑functional leaders to support front‑end execution, inventory accuracy, and overall store success.
