At Flipdish, we’re turning the tables in favour of independent restaurant and takeaway owners by providing them with the tools they need to make their lives easier. We offer a suite of powerful yet straightforward tech solutions, backed by real human support, helping our customers thrive on their own terms. Everything we do is designed to make running a restaurant satisfyingly simple in a world that’s anything but.
As we enter a phase of rapid growth, we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our Strategic Account Management team at Flipdish. This role is focused on driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and building long-term partnerships with valued clients across an enterprise book of business. You’ll bring a strategic mindset, a passion for customer success, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Own
- Own a portfolio of restaurant clients across Ireland, with a focus on retention, growth, and customer health.
- Proactively identify churn risks and take action to protect and improve account performance.
- Develop and execute account plans that improve adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value.
- Partner with Activations and Sales to support smooth onboarding and accelerated growth for new accounts.
- Work closely with Product, Support, and Sales to advocate for customer needs and resolve issues quickly.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and feature expansion opportunities to maximise customer lifetime value.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and clear account planning.
- Challenge poor decisions and propose better ways of working. Constructive challenge is a responsibility — prioritising harmony over truth or progress is a failure of responsibility.
What Success Looks Like
- Strong retention across your portfolio through proactive account management.
- Increased expansion revenue from upsells, cross-sells, and product adoption.
- Higher customer satisfaction and loyalty from trusted relationships.
- Clearer forecasting and better account visibility through disciplined planning.
- Measurable improvement in customer value realisation across key accounts.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have experience in strategic account management, customer success, or sales within a large book of business.
- Have a proven track record of reducing churn and driving revenue growth, including with enterprise accounts.
- Can demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Communicate confidently with stakeholders at every level.
- Bring excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have a passion for hospitality and an understanding of the challenges facing restaurant businesses.
- Are results-oriented and focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Have experience working with SaaS products, ideally in online ordering or restaurant POS.
- Hold a clean driving licence and are able to meet clients when needed.
The following would help you stand out:
- Experience working with enterprise restaurant accounts.
- Experience in account planning, retention strategy, or revenue expansion.
- Familiarity with the Irish hospitality market.

Our job is to make their lives easier with technology that’s powerful, satisfyingly simple, and backed by real human support.
Our integrated ecosystem, spanning online ordering, marketing, loyalty, point of sale, menu optimisation, and operational automation, helps restaurants grow while staying in control. We’re an AI-first company, and we use it to help our customers get better outcomes, faster ordering, smarter marketing, and smoother operations, so owners and teams can spend more time on what matters.
Inside the company, we value ownership and clarity, with a friendly, people-led culture behind it. We trust our people to help shape what kind of employer Flipdish is, not just follow a script.
