Job Description & Summary
The Opportunity:
As part of the xAC Global Talent Acquisition team, you'll help shape how we support hiring across seven countries within our Acceleration Centers (ACs). This role will be responsible for ensuring our systems run efficiently, continuously improve, and deliver a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams. You’ll have the opportunity to transform how Talent Acquisition operates by bringing innovative technological solutions to life and delivering measurable impact while helping shape the future of our recruiting function.
Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Technology Manager, you’ll focus on delivering impactful technology support to drive hiring success across xAC. You will:
Workday & Project Delivery
- Execute Workday testing for transformation projects and process optimizations, new integrations data migrations, and new AC setups
- Prepare and execute EIB loads and testing in support of special projects and data migrations, ensuring data accuracy
- Develop and maintain business process documentation, process maps, and Quick Reference Guides
- Partner with xAC contacts for raising tickets to BAO and maintain log of open tickets and request changes and drive to closure
- Proactively identify opportunities for further business process consistency and optimization across ACs
- Partner with xAC People Ops on security role alignment initiatives.
- Support training strategy with demo videos, QRCs, and facilitation.
- Actively participate in global Workday community calls and review weekly Workday newsletter to stay informed of Workday releases, changes and potential impacts.
- Contribute to future TA tool development and automation solutions (e.g., PowerApps).
- Share trends and insights with TA leadership to inform roadmap and strategy.
- Partner with Phenom lead on any potential Workday changes to avoid negative impact to Phenom integrations
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to “think outside the box” to deliver creative solutions.
- Gather insights from end users and provide real time training support as needed
Phenom Support
- Provide in time zone support for Phenom inquiries; acknowledge support tickets within 2 hours during working hours; attempt first-touch resolution using QRCs and available resources.
- Escalate unresolved issues to Phenom support and leadership; validate vendor fixes and communicate outcomes.
- Perform daily ticket reviews and add follow-up comments to tickets without updates in the past 24 hours.
- Perform Phenom testing for special projects
What you have:
- Technical expertise with Talent Acquisition systems and platforms — particularly Workday, Phenom, and Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams.
- Ability to coordinate between end users and technology teams and translate business requirements to implement scalable solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, automation, and data integrity.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to “think outside the box” to deliver creative solutions.
- Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
