- Acting as a strategic advisor to your creators—supporting them with career development, brand positioning, and commercial growth.
- Working alongside the Talent Director to expand your roster by identifying emerging creators with strong cultural relevance and commercial potential.
- Leading negotiations and overseeing the successful delivery of campaigns and partnerships from pitch through execution.

- A strong passion for the creator landscape and curiosity about how platforms and creator-led media continue to evolve.
- Someone who is proactive, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who is coachable, open to feedback, and always looking to improve.
- Humility and a “no task is too small” mindset when supporting creators and the broader team.
- Some experience leading or mentoring others, with an interest in helping develop junior team members.
