About Inspira Education
Inspira Education Group is one of the fastest-growing edtech startups in the US. We started with a simple mission to democratize access to high-quality coaching so that every student in the world has an equal opportunity to access the best opportunities.
As the world’s leading network of top admissions coaches in medical, legal, business, and college studies, we’re building software and services in one place—disrupting long-entrenched application processes with products and experiences that strive to provide an equal platform for candidates from diverse backgrounds worldwide.
As one of the fastest-growing edtech firms in the world, we are backed by some of the leading venture capital firms and investors in the world, including Zeev Ventures, Quiet Capital, Craft Ventures and Jeff Fluhr (Founder of Stubhub).
Most companies treat sourcing as a support function: post a job, run some Boolean strings, wait. We're building something different - a sourcing engine that operates like a high-performing sales team, where every search is a targeting problem and every hire teaches us something we systematize for the next one.
The candidates who move the needle for us aren't applying - they're not checking job boards. Finding them takes real search craft. This role is for someone who's already spent years getting good at exactly that, and is ready to own it end-to-end: partnering with hiring managers, running the hardest searches yourself, and building the playbooks that let the function scale beyond you.
This role requires in-office attendance 5 days a week (NYC - Gramercy).
The targeted pay for this role is: $100-110k OTE ($90-100k base, 10k bonus). Actual salary is dependent upon several factors, including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team and geographic location. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive will be finalized at the offer. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.
