The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
As a Test Suite Account Executive with a focus on selling into the Summit vertical — Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Energy, Telco, and High Technology — you will be a solution specialist leading our automated testing sales pursuits across these industries. You will collaborate with general sales executives to provide subject matter expertise on application testing and demonstrate how the UiPath Test Suite addresses the unique operational, systems, and quality demands of Summit clients — from ERP and MES environments on the plant floor, to OSS/BSS stacks in telecom, to grid and asset management systems in energy, to hardware/software release cycles in high tech. Your role is crucial in driving proactive campaigns to build the Test Suite pipeline, using specialized knowledge and skills to prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities across enterprise and strategic Summit customers.
Pipeline Development: Proactively create and drive sales pipeline in Summit-focused accounts. Seek out new opportunities and expand existing ones to build a robust pipeline for Test Suite within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Energy, Telco, and High Technology.
Competitive Intelligence: Maintain knowledge of software testing competitors in Summit accounts to strategically position UiPath's products and services, enabling customers to achieve transformation through testing automation — across ERP upgrades, MES/SCADA changes, network rollouts, and product release cycles.
Partnership Building: Forge strong relationships and develop go-to-market plans with key systems integrators, Test Suite partners, and OEMs relevant to Summit industries, including partners with deep expertise in SAP/Oracle ERP, industrial automation, OT/IT convergence, and telecom network systems.
Industry Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the Summit industries and their market segments — including supply chain and logistics platforms, manufacturing execution and quality systems, energy grid and asset management, telecom OSS/BSS and network operations, and high-tech hardware/software product cycles. Integrate this knowledge into your consultative selling approach to address specific Summit customer needs.
C-Level Engagement: Leverage and expand existing C-level relationships in the software testing market within global Summit accounts.
Sales Support: Provide specialized support to Sales Executives and Sales Leaders in your territory. Offer input on business and deal development, ensuring seamless integration of specialist sales with other sales activities in the Summit space.
Consultative Relationships: Establish professional and consultative relationships with Summit clients, up to and including the C-level. Develop a core understanding of the unique business needs of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Energy, Telco, and High Technology clients, and position UiPath as the preferred vendor for meeting all business needs.
Partner Leverage: Invest time working with and leveraging external partners, particularly systems integrators and industry-specific ISVs, to deliver sales and create mutually beneficial relationships.
Sales Coordination: Direct or coordinate supporting sales activities specific to the Summit sector.
Multiple years of experience with enterprise software, with expertise in automated software testing.
In-depth knowledge of DevOps, Agile development, and CI/CD concepts and tools, particularly as they apply to Summit environments — including ERP (SAP, Oracle) test cycles, MES/SCADA and industrial control systems, telecom OSS/BSS platforms, and hardware/software product release pipelines.
Familiarity with the operational and regulatory pressures unique to Summit industries — such as supply chain resilience and traceability, plant-floor uptime and safety, energy grid reliability and regulatory compliance, telecom network quality-of-service, and rapid high-tech product release cycles — or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
Ability to learn fast and operate in the fluid and dynamic environment of a hyper-growth organization, adapting to the unique challenges of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Energy, Telco, and High Technology customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical Summit stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership and initiative in successfully driving specialty sales in Summit accounts — prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
Proven track record of achieving progressively higher quotas, working with a diverse range of Summit customers, and interfacing with C-level executives across these industries.
Strong understanding of the Summit business model and the unique value proposition of UiPath's Test Suite in this context.
This role can be based remotely in the United States with travel requirements that could be up to 50%, often to Summit customer headquarters and client sites.
