About the Role
We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. We're always looking for ways to improve our products and ourselves. If this is you, we'd love to talk.
As Trade Marketing Coordinator CAM, you will lead the strategy and development of the traditional trade channel across six Central American countries. You will also lead two team members and manage the budget supporting the channel strategy.

You combine strategic thinking with strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. You are comfortable leading others, managing budgets, interpreting market data, and adapting regional strategies to local consumer and customer needs. English is valued but is not a limiting requirement.
