Position Summary
The Transportation Manager for the rhode brand is accountable for leading the transportation function to meet delivery requirements, with a primary focus on air freight shipments that demand reliable, time-sensitive delivery. This role oversees the day-to-day service levels between our manufacturers, co-manufacturers, DC’s and retail partners. Responsible to source carrier selection based on capacity, service levels and cost, and to oversee administration of the brand’s parcel accounts. Reporting to the Associate Director, Transportation, you will lead the brand-focused transportation team that bridges global strategy with local execution. You will partner closely with our 3PL providers, internal commercial and supply chain teams, and the US transportation function to deliver product in a reliable, timely, and cost-efficient manner — with a clear mandate to manage and reduce freight costs relative to current processes — while aligned to e.l.f.'s values.
