Audit rig fleet and company sites to verify compliance with the legal, company and industry standards in the categories of QHSSE, drilling, marine, operations, technical, well control, competency management etc.
Plan, establish, implement and maintain the T & V audit programme including the frequency, methods, responsibilities, planning requirements and reporting, which shall take into consideration the importance of the processes concerned, changes affecting the organization, and the results of previous audits.
Prepare and distribute comprehensive audit reports that summarize the findings, including any non-conformities, observations, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure relevant documented information regarding the auditing activities is properly managed and maintained.
Develop meaningful recommendations for management to improve the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of controls and operations.
Provide frequent updates to management on status of audits and findings including immediate communication of any issues or challenges.
Follow-up to verify the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions taken to address identified non-conformities or improvement areas.
Provide management with real time rig operational compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing expert advice and guidance on all relevant compliance matters.
Escalate significant issues/findings timely to ensure people, environment, assets, and reputation are protected.
Take personal responsibility for own continued professional development and undertake any training as required.
Support onshore and offshore teams, stimulate motivation and facilitate knowledge sharing across the Borr sites.
Identification of opportunities for potential improvement of the Borr management system.
Review the T & V audit process, procedure, and audit programme in order to identify opportunities for its improvement.
Offshore Medical Certificate
Valid offshore survival and pre-mobilisation certification (ie BOSIET, MIST, CA-EBS, etc.).
Master’s degree in Drilling Engineering / Mechanical Engineering preferred but not essential.
NEBOSH (or similar organizations) Diploma or International General Certificate preferred.
Auditing qualifications and/or experience (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and or API Q2) preferred.
