- Collaborate with cloud hosting and other technical teams to deploy large-scale environments, refine technical requirements through rapid prototyping, and identify tools and processes that improve platform capabilities.
- Develop scripts, templates, and automated workflows that improve developer and operations functions, while maintaining configurations in line with industry standards and best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation, briefing materials, system designs, and other deliverables for program reviews, technical assessments, and control gates.

- Strong documentation and briefing skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into clear architecture, implementation, and operational materials.
- Preferred experience includes Citrix certifications such as CCAV or CCP-V, Azure Virtual Desktop, ARM/BICEP templates, and cloud automation.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and project lifecycle workflows is desirable.
