- Review and coordinate architectural drawings and design documentation for all regional projects, ensuring consistent alignment with NVIDIA Workplace Guidelines.
- Lead construction administration activities including site visits, quality control reviews, and issue resolution to uphold design integrity through project delivery.
- Direct the selection, engagement, and performance management of external architecture, interior design, and furniture partners across the region—shaping creative intent and holding vendors accountable to NVIDIA standards.
Workplace Strategy & Innovation
- Partner with global Workplace Design leadership to continuously evolve NVIDIA’s Workplace Guidelines, contributing regional expertise in design trends, furniture markets, cultural practices, and local market conditions across APAC and India.
- Lead post-occupancy evaluations to gather end-user insights and performance data, collaborating with global peers to translate learnings into ongoing improvements in employee experience and workplace effectiveness.
Furniture Procurement & Vendor Management
- Oversee the end-to-end furniture procurement process for all regional construction projects, managing external partners through specification, quoting, order management, and installation coordination.
- Proactively track furniture orders across concurrent projects, resolving delivery, quality, or installation issues to keep projects on schedule.
- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with preferred furniture dealers and manufacturers across APAC and India, ensuring competitive performance and NVIDIA-aligned product availability.
