Your opportunity
Join the team at Townsville Youth Foyer, a unique program that combines safe accommodation with support, coaching and opportunity for young people aged 16-25. The program helps young people build the confidence, skills and independence needed to create brighter futures through education, training and employment.
As a Youth Connect Worker, you'll be a positive and consistent presence in the lives of young people, helping create a safe, welcoming environment where they can thrive. Whether you're providing support during the night, building connections with residents, or helping maintain a stable and supportive community, your work will have a lasting impact.
You'll join a passionate and experienced team that believes in young people's potential and celebrates their successes every step of the way.
This service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across a rotating roster. We are currently seeking candidates with availability to work Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday night shifts.

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
